Training doesn’t stop with our Summer Sessions!

We will maintain regular training hours over the holiday period with the exception of Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day.

Summer training is different to regular training as we take advantage of the heat to work on kicks and flexibility. These sessions are more relaxed than regular training and a lot of fun… but don’t worry, you’ll still be working hard and sweating it out!

Wear T-shirt/shorts/casual training gear and bring water bottles, towels and protective Gear.

  • Wed 2 Jan – 6:00pm
  • Thu 3 Jan – 6:30pm + Kids 4:30pm
  • Sat 5 Jan – 8:30am

Normal training times resume
