All training is back to normal this week with regular training in dogis recommencing this Tuesday. Our training sessions are:

  • Tuesdays at 6pm
  • Wednesdays at 6pm
  • Thursdays at 6:30pm
  • Saturdays at 8:30am

Great work to the dedicated group who trained throughout the break. Some very noticeable improvements in speed and flexibility!

If you have had a break, don’t panic! Get to the dojo and get right back into it! The longer you leave it, the harder it gets!

Are you new to Kyokushin karate? Looking for a new challenge this year? Come on in, we’d love to meet you. It’s no risk, no obligation to give our dojo a try anytime. No dogi? No worries. Just wear your regular workout gear (shorts, t-shirts etc) and bring a towel and plenty of water.

Looking forward to seeing all our members and welcoming new faces too. Osu!
